Account Information
When you create an account on the Preserve iOS app, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and professional role. This information is stored locally on your device in the iOS Keychain and transmitted to our team via a secure webhook notification for lead tracking purposes.
Clinical Assessment Data
The Preserve app processes clinical parameters (organ type, donor demographics, ischemia times, comorbidities) to generate preservation recommendations. All clinical data is processed entirely on your device. No patient data, donor data, or Protected Health Information (PHI) is transmitted to our servers.

When you submit a contact or demo request form on multisync.io, we collect your name, email address, organization, and any message you provide.

4. Data Storage & Security
The Preserve iOS app is designed with a privacy-first, offline-first architecture. Account credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain with hardware-level encryption. Clinical assessment data is stored locally using encrypted Core Data storage with NSFileProtectionComplete. The app supports Face ID and Touch ID for additional access control. No clinical or patient data leaves your device.
5. HIPAA Compliance
The Preserve app is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. All Protected Health Information (PHI) remains on the user's device. The app employs AES-256 encryption at rest, biometric authentication, automatic session locking, and screen capture protection. No PHI is transmitted to or stored on MultiSync servers.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations or court orders
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of MultiSync, our users, or the public
7. Your Rights & Data Management
You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data. Visit our Data Management page to submit a request for data access, modification, or deletion.
8. Children's Privacy
Our products and services are intended for use by medical professionals and are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
