Manage how your personal data is used, modified, or deleted.
What Data Do We Have?
If you created an account on the Preserve iOS app or submitted a contact form on multisync.io, we may have the following information:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization name
- Professional role
- Any message you submitted via contact forms
We do not store any clinical or patient data. All organ preservation assessments run entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
Data Stored on Your Device
The Preserve iOS app stores the following data locally on your device:
- Account credentials (encrypted in iOS Keychain)
- Assessment history (encrypted Core Data store)
- App preferences
You can delete all on-device data at any time from the app's Settings > Clear All Data option, or by uninstalling the app.
Request Data Access, Modification, or Deletion
To request access to, modification of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, send an email to the address below with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- The type of request: Access, Modification, or Deletion
- If requesting modification, specify what data you want changed

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
